Terms
Plain-language terms for using VoicePort.
These terms cover use of VoicePort, including voice.md files, calls, and SMS-based call coordination.
What VoicePort Provides
VoicePort analyzes customer-provided source material and interview signal to create a portable voice.md file that can be copied into AI tools.
Your Source Material
You should only submit material you have the right to use. You keep ownership of your writing, transcripts, interviews, and generated voice.md file. VoicePort uses that material to provide the service, support the order, and improve your result.
Data Boundaries
VoicePort does not sell customer source material, train foundation models on customer material, or use one customer's material to improve another customer's voice.md file. See the Privacy & Security page for the current product commitments around minimization, export, and deletion.
SMS and Call Coordination Terms
VoicePort and approved VoicePort assistants may send SMS or MMS messages to coordinate requested calls, confirm whether now is a good time to call, schedule a better time, provide service updates, respond to support requests, or deliver information directly related to a requested VoicePort workflow.
Message frequency varies based on your requests and active workflows. A typical call coordination flow may send one consent message, one scheduling follow-up if needed, and any replies needed to honor your request. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages unless you opt in again. You can get help by replying HELP or emailing hello@voiceport.co.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS and MMS delivery may depend on carrier networks, device settings, registration status, and other systems outside VoicePort's control.
Acceptable Use
Do not use VoicePort to impersonate someone without permission, submit illegal material, violate platform rules, or create deceptive content that misrepresents who authored or approved it.
Refunds and Support
Pilot purchases should follow the refund promise shown at checkout or on the pricing page. For support, deletion requests, or billing questions, contact hello@voiceport.co.
Privacy
The VoicePort Privacy & Security page explains how we handle writing samples, call data, SMS consent records, transcripts, phone numbers, and generated voice.md files.
